    what kind of protein shake would you recommend for a 15yr old 165 lbs. im doin ffotball and i want to kno cause right now im taking 100% whey protein and its doin effect but not as much as i want it to.

    to build muscle you need high protein but when it comes to carbs you need the good stuff from fruit etc but not much sugar and artificial stuff.

    i think for those who dont know so much you should mention that you need the right amount of protein and ur diet is important bcus if they dont get the protein and things needed then the body eats the muscle

    I’m doing this exact thing right now. I’ve lost 30 lbs so far. Been working out for about 45 – 50 days now. It’s great. Got a pretty long way to go but the muscles of my forearms are showing much more now and my ribs are starting to show also!! I’m feeling great!!
