I think you have done such a great job with these videos. thankyou for trying to help all of us :) . You should write your own book . You might as well make some money at this. and I would buy it :) )

Thank you for the very kind words. I have really tried to just impart the same great knowledge that was given to me. Plus the book thing has already been done – DANDR. Mine would only be a poor man’s appendix to it.

1.5 wks into induction. Lost 9 pounds the first 7 days. Of course it’s slowed down going into the second week as I expected. I really enjoy your videos and I am so very glad you make them. I think u have the first hand knowledge and respect for the Atkins way of life. You have helped me understand many things I was unclear about. You look great!!!! Thanks from Nova Scotia Canada – J

Kent….I love your videos. Thanks for another great one. There is one thing that i cant NOT eat on this diet and that is Veggies.. ANYKIND.. I dont know why this is so with me, but when I first started this a few months ago, I did not have any veggies and i lost weight like crazy. Then when I went off of it for a few months and went on it again, I decided to put veggies in my diet and lost NOTHING ( yes, I went by the book on how much to eat )I dont understand it
